It is requested that the Board of County Commissioners authorize legislative intent and permission to advertise an Ordinance for the Board’s meeting on May 18, 2021, that will create a Non-Ad Valorem Assessment, on real property sites of private for-profit and non-profit Hospitals, for the Medicaid managed care hospital direct payment program.
