Clear Channel Outdoor Inc requests the Board approve relocation of digital billboard from SR 528 (billboard Panel Id 005378) to I-95 near Wickham (billboard Panel Id # 005450) as shown in the attached exhibits. The billboard at State Road 528 may return to static nondigital face or be removed permanently.

Summary Explanation and Background:
Clear Channel Outdoor Inc seeks Board approval to relocate an existing off premise sign (digital billboard sign face) from its current location along SR 528 to I-95 near Wickham. Initially, this digital sign face was one of four (4) new digital faces approved by the County in connection with a settlement agreement with Clear Channel Outdoor that enabled the County to "take" one existing nonconforming billboard that interfered with construction of the Pineda Causeway Extension interchange.

This request may be considered by the Board, pursuant to section 62-3309(11), which provides that "A digital off-premise sign face approved pursuant to a condemnation settlement agreement may be relocated to an existing nonconforming off-premise sign structure at the sole discretion of the Board." Planning and Development has reviewed the proposed relocation plan and confirmed the relocation site is a nonconforming sign.

The Board's approval of the relocation digital billboard face shall be contingent upon:
1. Clear Channel Outdoor Inc. shall submit complete building permit applications for all necessary permits meeting all requirements for issuance of the permits; and
2. The existing digital billboard face at SR 528 site shall be removed prior to installing the new digital billboard face at the I-95 site; and
