Summary Explanation and Background:
Engineered Bonding Solutions, LLC, is desirous of purchasing an approximately 4-acre lot in the county-owned Spaceport Commerce Park for $36,000 an acre. The business would build a 20,000 sq. ft. facility on the land, and add five new jobs. The offer price is consistent with a recent land valuation report on remaining lots in the park.
