It is requested that the Board of County Commissioners approve, accept, and authorize the Chair to execute the Non-Exclusive Easement from FP&L.

Summary Explanation and Background:
The subject property is located in Section 13, Township 23 South, Range 35 East, at the curve on Juanita Street and Carole Avenue in Cocoa.
The Board of County Commissioners in regular session on September 17, 2019, accepted and authorized the Chair to execute the Non-Exclusive Easement from FP&L for the Waste Water Treatment Plant.
Upon further review of the County executed easement, FP&L requested a revised easement to reflect a smaller easement area than originally provided in the easement.
This acquisition follows the policies and procedures as set forth in Administrative Order 37.
