Amendment to the agreement to enable Brevard County to serve as a representative of the Central Florida Expressway Authority, an agency that operates a major mode of transportation. §348.751 et seq., Florida Statutes. One County Commission member appointed by the Chair of the Brevard County Board of County Commissioners serves on the Governing Board of the Central Florida Expressway Authority.
