Summary Explanation and Background:

On July 1, 2019, Brevard County entered into a contract with Treasure Coast Medical Associates, Inc. to provide firefighter physical exams.  There were certain blood tests that wee not captured in the written contact, although the Contractor is providing them as no additional coast as part of the standard comprehensive medical examinations.  Those added tests include CA125 (for women), H-A1C (for everyone), and PSA (for men over the age of 45).

Additionally, this contract amendment includes the Scrutinized Companies standard contract language.
