It is requested that the BOCC discuss the use of taxes derived from undeveloped / unimproved land.
Summary Explanation and Background:
Ilene Davis, District 2’s appointee to the Citizen Budget Review Committee, suggested that the BOCC consider allocating taxes derived from undeveloped / unimproved land to an escrow account to be used to offset the cost of infrastructure at the time of development / improvement.
