Summary Explanation and Background:

While many cities are adopting resolutions establishing themselves as second amendment sanctuary cities, Commissioner Isnardi believes in upholding the entire constitution without exception.  Carving out portions of the Constitution could potentially put those items at risk for restrictions by future commissions. By approving this resolution and allowing the Constitution to stand on its own in its entirety, the commission is acknowledging the Constitution is the sole most important document in our country.  Commissioner Isnardi has personally paid for framed copies of this resolution for each commission office at the expense of $22.56 each.

Clerk to the Board Instructions:

Please provide 5 framed copies of the resolution.  A check made out to the Brevard County Board of County Commissioners has been mailed to Asset Management at 345 Wenner Way, Cocoa, Fl 32926
