Summary Explanation and Background:

Malabar Fire Department has agreed to temporarily allow Brevard County Fire Rescue (BCFR) crews to be housed in one of their stations.  The agreement will be in place until BCFR Rescue Station 88 is replaced.

The Town of Malabar agrees to provide BCFR operational use of space at Malabar Fire Station 99, 1840 Malabar Road, Malabar, Florida 32950.  BCFR shall utilize the fire station facilities identified in the agreement to support the operations of two (2) BCFR staffed ambulances.

In that the services are provided by both BCFR and the Town of Malabar in a mutually beneficial manner, there shall be no monetary payments.
