It is requested that the Board of County Commissioners: 1) accept the attached Warranty Deed and 2) waive Administrative Order AO37, paragraph C3, requirement for a Phase I environmental site assessment.

Summary Explanation and Background:
The subject property is located in Section 26, Township 23 South, Range 35 East, on the south side of Grissom Parkway west of Camp Road in Cocoa.
CTD Grissom LLC contacted Brevard County to donate a portion of their parcel along Grissom Parkway. The Public Works Department has agreed to accept the donation. The Department has determined that an Environmental Site Assessment I Report will not be necessary for this donation based on the intended use of the parcel.
The User Department approves this request.
This acquisition follows the policies and procedures as set forth in Administrative Order 37.
